Schadenfreude: The Netroots are Seething!

I'll go even further; these weenie wick'd nut jobs feel so betrayed by Obama and the Democrats that I bet they mount 2010 mid-term revolts. It's also likely that some of the more delusional among them will fire-up congressional recall petitions. Their efforts won't go anywhere, but never underestimate the comedic value of an exploding liberal who has reached crush depth.

"Good for the Democrats for ignoring these people. Allowed to exercise more influence over the party than they already do, the Netroots would have the same disastrous effect that the presidential nomination of George McGovern did in 1972." - James Kirchick, TNR

"With its congressional majority, the Democratic Party has refused to seriously try to end the war, to stop the bailout and to stop the trampling of civil liberties, just to name a few off the top of my head." - David Sirota, OpenLeft

On Sen. Joe Lieberman keeping his chairmanship, "He wasn't sanctioned. And Senate Democrats trying to make that claim are dishonestly trying to cover up the extent of their betrayal of the American people's vote for change." - Markos Moulitsas, Daily Kos
Lieberman wasn't sanctioned? Who do these cellar dwelling creeps think they are? The far left has seriously over reached and over estimated their value to the American people. The Democrats apparently understand this and have happily tossed the nutroots overboard without so much as a bub-bye. Hopefully for good (yeah, right).

"Barack Obama doesn't fear the enraged, impotent Netroots" - James Kirchick, The New Republic
I guess tax cuts do work, "Aide: Obama May Keep Bush Tax Cuts" - NewsMax
